Since 2001, Brian has been focusing heavily on Yoga and Meditation but has found his passion in the ancient Chinese Healing Art and Science of Qigong. Under guidance of International Qigong Experts Daisy Lee and Francesco Garripoli, he has trained and studied Medical Qigong in China (2008 and 2010) as well as Thailand (2012), where he has found his new home at Jirung Health Village (Chiang Mai). He has been blessed to learn and cultivate both Internal healing and cleansing systems as well External strengthening systems.

As a Pro Fighter and Martial Artist he has tested such systems with positive results on physical injuries, internal illnesses and both emotional and mental stress. He has dedicated his life to healing and helping others on their path to self.

Now residing and living in Chiang Mai, Brian will focus on cultivating his spirituality while learning new modalities such as Northern Thailand’s magical Lanna Fon Jeung system, Thai Massage and going much deeper into Jirung’s eDetox system which practices such as Pranic Energy Spinning and many other meditations and ancient techniques designed to free the mind, body and soul from emotionally repressed energies hidden deep in the Ego and Subconscious.

The original history of yoga and its origins can be traced back over 10,000 thousand years, but its creation specifics are both vague and mysterious. Essentially Yoga has countless systems and sub-systems focusing on principles that align the mind, body and soul. The integration of asanas (poses/postures), breathing techniques, meditation pathways and other unique variations will help the practitioner attain a higher quality of life and maintain healthy organs, muscles, connective tissues and mental facilities. "Yoga is an ancient practice that has historically centered in India. It was a technique that was passed own from generation to generation through master-disciple relationships." (Smith 1) Dialogue and personal experience were the main forms of transferring knowledge from teacher to student before the yoga Bible, Yoga Sutras were written in 200 B.C. by a man named Pantanjali. "The Yoga Sutras attributed to the Sage Pantanjali are used as a source scripture by many traditional Yoga Systems.
