Being a Nationally Ranked College Athlete and Conference Champion were nice accomplishments of the past yet Brian knew he was missing something deeper when it came down to training and competition. He found the missing link in the form of Chinese Qigong, Yoga, Breathing, Techniques and Meditation. When combined with Western Strength and Conditioning Designs one finds endless innovative and adaptable ways to advance competitive edge in training and competition.
